Day 2: North side of town. For day 2, we recommend exploring the north side side of town. Start the day off with St. Moritz-Celerina Olympic Bobrun, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Robilant + Voena. All together, your day would be filled with about 8 hours of non-stop fun.
The official fast connection from Zurich is the xx.37 past each hour (route IC3 train) , for example Zurich 07.37 Chur 08.52 / 08.58 St Moritz 11.00. The Bernina Railway itself does not connect to Chur. It is important to understand the difference between the ‘Bernina Express’ and the ‘Bernina Railway’.
As for Grindelwald, it is a lively mountain resort village that offers hiking and skiing opportunities. It is better to visit St. Moritz if you want to explore the Engadine region.
